Payment & Shipping

We mainly deliver worldwide* with DHL Express and UPS. For larger shipments, we can also offer freight forwarding. You can also have your goods collected.

We calculate the shipping costs for you!

Depending on the country in which your company is located, delivery times and costs may vary. We will calculate the shipping costs for you and provide you with a personal offer. After you have submitted your order via the webshop, our staff will deal with your request personally and as quickly as possible. Please note that this may take some time depending on the order situation.

Do you have your own customer number with a shipping service provider?

You are also welcome to send us your customer number of the prioritised shipping service provider. We will only use this for the purpose of sending your order to you. It will not be passed on to unauthorised third parties.

You would like to have your goods collected?

You also have the option of having your ordered parts collected from us by a forwarding agent or shipping service provider. On request, we will be happy to provide you with the dimensions and weight of the consignment as soon as it has been prepared for dispatch. This allows you to plan your collection conveniently and easily with your shipping company.

Payment methods

Prepayment

If you would like to pay for your goods in advance, we will automatically send you our bank transfer details by e-mail as soon as you have placed your order in our webshop. Pay conveniently in advance, without further costs.

Purchase on account

The purchase on account is available for you after personal agreement. As a rule, the purchase amount is due 14 days after the invoice is issued, unless other arrangements have been made. You can read more about this in our General Terms and Conditions.

Minimum order value

Please note that we have a minimum order value of €100 to ensure that we can offer you the highest quality products.
