Orders & Deliveries


How can I order in the webshop?If you own a company and want to order spare parts, then you can easily find the parts you need using our search function or the categories. In addition to our part numbers, you will find a comparison number for each spare part so that you can easily find the right part. Once you have found your spare parts, you can place them in the shopping cart and complete the purchase by clicking on "Checkout". Various payment methods are available to you.

Can I also order from you as an end customer?Our offers are exclusively addressed to companies, therefore a sale to end customers is unfortunately not possible.

How can I send you a request?You can send us an enquiry in various ways. On our manufacturer pages, you will find a separate enquiry form for each brand in which you can conveniently enter the part numbers you are looking for. You will also find a form in our Service Centre. If you prefer to send us an e-mail, you can also send your enquiry to info@rubin-parts.com.

What is the delivery time?Delivery times vary depending on the part, quantity, shipping method and delivery location. On the product pages you will already find general information about the shipping time. Delivery times may vary depending on the country in which your company is based. When we provide you with an individual offer, we also indicate the expected delivery time there.

Are the parts offered original parts?The parts offered in the webshop are OEM parts and not original parts. If you would like to receive a quote for original parts, please feel free to contact us by mail or via the contact form in the service center. Under the tab "Manufacturer" you will find a list of manufacturers that we can offer you. On each manufacturer page there is a form to submit a request. Please understand that we cannot make offers by phone.

An item is out of stock, how do we proceed?If an item is displayed in the webshop as "not in stock" and no further information about a possible delivery time is visible on the product page, you can reach us via our contact details. We will be happy to check the information and get in touch with you.


Webshop & Technique


How can I register on Rubin?If you would like to create a new customer account in the webshop, then simply click on "My account" in the header. Under the button register you will find the tab "sign up". Just follow the further steps and fill in the necessary information. It is also possible to register after you have placed your items in the shopping cart. Your shopping cart will be saved and the ordering process will not be cancelled.

Can I also order as a guest?If you do not wish to open a customer account, it is also possible to order from Rubin as a guest. After the ordering process asks you to log in, click on "order as a guest". Note that for repeated orders, without a customer account, you will have to repeat this step.

Who do I contact if I have technical problems?In case of technical problems with Rubin Webshop you can reach us via our contact options. You can also find them in the Service Center. If you notice errors in the display of the website, we recommend that you clear your browser cache. Depending on the Internet browser you are using, this can be cleared via the settings of the browser you are using.

When can I contact you?You can usually reach us from Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 5:00 pm (UTC+1). Public holidays and possible bridge days are excluded. You can email us 24/7 or use our contact form in the service center. 

Where can I find your GTC and further information?Our General terms and conditions and all other business information can be found in the footer area of the webshop. You can also find further information under the section "Service".

Where can I find the privacy policy?You can find the privacy policy in the footer area of the website. We treat your personal data exclusively for the purposes stated there.

We use your personal data exclusively for the purposes listed in the privacy policy and adhere to the legal requirements. Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.
